Opened August 2020 and located in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca in Pacific Coast of Mexico. 25 minutes away from Puerto Escondido Airport and 30 minutes away from Zicatela beach, you will find a hidden paradise surrounded by nature and 15 kilometers of unspoiled beach just for you. The house is 20 meters away from the ocean. From the terrace you can watch sunrise and sunsets. You can be surprised by dolphins, whales and turtles passing by.

Casa Marena can host up to 12 people. We have two bungalows with two rooms each. One with a king size bed and the other with two bunk beds. Four rooms total (Two king, four bunk beds). Each room has a full bathroom

Food has an extra cost of 40 dollars per day per person (Breakfast, snacks and dinner). Alcoholic beverages and sodas are NOT included.

Money for groceries has to be transferred to my account five days before your arrival, if not I won’t be able to be ready with food and cooking.

How many people can stay in the Casa Marena?

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across two bungalows, each featuring two bedrooms and private bathrooms.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Each bungalow includes:

One room with a king-size bed
One room with two bunk beds
In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for all guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Do you allow pets?

What are the standard rates?

$450 USD for 1–2 guests per night

$80 USD per additional guest per night (up to 12 guests)

$45 USD Per meals per day per person (Breakfast, Snacks and Dinner)

Are there special rates for holidays?

Yes, during Christmas and New Year (until January 5), the rate is $2,500 USD for up to 8 guests, with an additional $120 USD per extra guest per night. For Easter, please ask for prices.

What is included in the pricing?

The rates include cleaning services, grocery shopping, and cooking services. Meals are charged separately.
